MJB Home Solutions provides residential and commercial window cleaning and window screen repair. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of Illinois.

2. Estimates and Appointments

  • Quotes: Free estimates are provided based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual scope of work (e.g., additional windows, hard water staining, or specialized screen mesh) differs significantly from the initial request.

  • Access: For interior window cleaning or screen removals, an adult (18+) must be present to allow our team entry, or specific arrangements must be made for safe access.

  • Weather Policy: Professional window cleaning is weather-dependent. If rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures prevent us from working safely or effectively, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.

3. Communication Policy

We pride ourselves on being quick to respond and transparent.

  • Official Channels: We communicate via phone (636-208-7721), text, and email.

  • Consent to Contact: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related texts and calls.

  • Business Hours: Our standard operating hours are 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

4. Payments and Maintenance Plans

  • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of service unless a bi-weekly or monthly window maintenance plan has been established.

  • Maintenance Plans: Customers on recurring plans may cancel or pause their plan.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Please ensure window sills are clear of fragile items and that pets are secured before our arrival.

  • Safety: MJB Home Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., structural instability or aggressive animals).

6. Limitation of Liability

While we use professional-grade equipment and “streak-free” solutions, MJB Home Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as scratched glass, rotted window frames, or brittle screen housing that may break during standard removal/installation due to age or sun damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Monroe County, IL.
